New Mandrel Bending Machine Expected June 2008
Ogis has purchased a new mandrel bending machine and expects delivery in
early June 2008. The new machine will increase our mandrel bending capacity
from 38.1mm or 1 1/2inch to 88.9mm or 3 1/2 inch.

The new machine will arrive with 13 tool sets and our tooling is listed below:

• 25 NB Radius 50 and 150mm.
• 32 NB Radius 63 and 300mm.
• 40NB Radius 150mm.
• 50NB Radius 95, 150 and 300mm.
• 65NB Radius 150mm.
• 80NB Radius 225mm.
• 50.8dia Radius 76.2mm.
• 63.5dia Radius 95mm.
• 76.2dia Radius 114mm. All 1.6mm.
